1918 Shihlin Mill was founded in 1918 under the name of 'Taiwan Paper K.K' By Japanese
1946
The Government took over five paper mills : Shihlin, Lotung, Tatu, HsinYing, Hsiaokang from Japanese and consolidated them into 'Taiwan Paper Corporation', as a national corporation under the Ministry of Economic Affairs
1959 The Company was reshuffled by means of privatization, and renamed as 'Shihlin Paper Corporation'
1963 Shihlin Paper Corporation was the first one who had successfully produced the coated paperboard in Taiwan
1970 'Yung An Mill' was set up in Tao Yuan Country
1989 A full set of steam-power co-generation equipments was established in Yung An Mill, and was operated in next year
1997 Shihlin Paper Corporation obtained the ISO 9000 certification
1998 Yung An Mill accomplished its wastewater treating facilities, which met the standard of environment protection, and the overall producing process completely achieved
